The Beatles in Guitar Hero?
Will it be a fact soon? Who knows, because Activition, producing games Guitar Hero, is considering this opportunity to give their followers an unique set of the Beatles.
The idea came from that Activition opted for the project of making a Guitar Hero entirely devoted to the group Aerosmith. This project would be "a wonderful way to get this legendary music in front of an audience of 30 million people in an exciting way", in the words of Martin N. "Marty" Bandier, the top executive at the music publishing company who owns the John Lennon-Paul McCartney copyrights, in an article published on the website of the Los Angeles Times.
However, Sony / ATV (Sony Activition) "has been extremely protective of digital distribution of the Fab Four's back catalog (it's not even available on iTunes), according to Joystiq.
Finally, we hope that our dreams come true and Sony / ATV get the rights, because, as we have seen, Blandier is happy with the idea. Do you imagine playing "A day in the life", "All you need is love" or "Helter Skelter" among others? One last lords ...

Anyways, I just wanted to say, I dig your blog and thank you for taking out the time to read mind. You are right, music writing is definitely a difficult thing to do, but it's totally worth it if you love it. Can't wait to read more of your writing :)
